Getting started

Up and running in under a minute

Installing DealFeed takes just a few clicks. Follow the steps below and it'll start finding you cheaper prices automatically — no account, no setup, no fuss.

The install process

Four simple steps

Here's exactly what you'll see and click, from start to finish.

1

Open the Chrome Web Store

Click the button below to open the DealFeed listing on the official Google Chrome Web Store. This is the safe, verified place to install the extension.

+ Open DealFeed on the Chrome Web Store
Using Edge, Brave or Opera? No problem — these are Chromium-based browsers and can install extensions straight from the Chrome Web Store too.
2

Click “Add to Chrome”

On the store page you'll see a blue “Add to Chrome” button in the top-right. Give it a click.

A small box will pop up asking you to confirm. Click “Add extension” to approve it. This is Chrome simply letting you know what DealFeed can do — it's completely normal and safe.

Why does it ask for permission? DealFeed needs to read the product page you're on so it can find the same item cheaper elsewhere. It only ever activates on supported retailers — never on your banking, email or anything else.
3

Pin DealFeed to your toolbar

Click the little puzzle-piece icon (🧩) near the top-right of Chrome to see your extensions, then click the pin icon next to DealFeed.

This keeps the DealFeed icon visible so you always know it's working — and gives you one-click access whenever you want it.

Optional but recommended. DealFeed still works perfectly without pinning — this just makes it easier to spot.
4

Start shopping — that's it!

Head to any supported UK retailer and open a product page as you normally would. DealFeed springs into action automatically and shows you if the same item is cheaper somewhere else.

There's nothing else to set up. No sign-up, no preferences to configure — just shop as usual and let DealFeed do the comparing for you.

FAQ

Common questions

Is DealFeed really free?
Yes — completely. There's no cost to install or use it, and there never will be. We may earn a small commission when you buy through a retailer, but that never changes the price you pay. See our affiliate disclaimer for the full details.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There's no sign-up, no email and no password. Install the extension and it works straight away.
Which browsers does it work on?
DealFeed works on Google Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers including Microsoft Edge, Brave and Opera. All of them can install it from the Chrome Web Store.
Which shops does it support?
We support a growing list of major UK retailers — including Currys, Argos, AO, Very, Dunelm, Robert Dyas, Wickes and Wex — and we add new ones all the time. See the supported stores on our homepage.
I've installed it but don't see anything — what's wrong?
First, make sure you're on a product page of a supported retailer (not the homepage or a search page). Then try refreshing the page. If it's still not showing, check that DealFeed is enabled at chrome://extensions and that it has permission to run on the site. Still stuck? Get in touch and we'll help.
Does DealFeed track me or slow down my browser?
No. DealFeed only activates on supported retailers — it doesn't follow you around the web, and it's built to be lightweight so it won't slow down your browsing. Your privacy comes first; read more in our privacy policy.
How do I remove DealFeed?
Right-click the DealFeed icon in your toolbar and choose “Remove from Chrome”, or go to chrome://extensions and click Remove. No questions asked — though we'd love to know what we could do better.
